01. What types of inflatable products do you make?
We make continuous-inflation cold-air products and sealed airtight products for toys, advertising, entertainment, travel, water use and many other applications.
02. What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed MOQ for most custom items. We can usually supply one piece or one set, making samples and small runs possible.
03. What materials do you use?
Materials depend on the product. Airtight items generally use PVC or TPU. Cold-air inflatables commonly use nylon oxford fabric or PVC tarpaulin.
04. Can you customize size, color, shape and logo?
Yes. Send your dimensions, color references, logo and inspiration images, and we will review the structure and recommend a suitable process.
05. Can you print a detailed logo or image?
Yes, including complex artwork. Vector files such as EPS, PDF, CDR or AI are preferred; otherwise, send the clearest image available.
06. How are the products made?
We sew cold-air inflatables. Airtight products use high-frequency heat sealing, hot-air welding or adhesive processes depending on their structure.
07. How should I use and maintain an inflatable safely?
Keep it away from fire, water hazards, sharp objects and obstructions. Do not use fabric inflatables outdoors in rain, snow or strong wind. Dry everything fully and store in a cool, ventilated place.
08. What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by T/T, domestic payment or through Alibaba. The exact arrangement is confirmed with your order.
09. How do you ship?
Small orders can travel by DHL, UPS or FedEx door to door. Larger orders can ship by air or sea, with DDP options available for many destinations.
